Liteesha Nicole Mitchell, Psy. D.
Dr. Liteesha Nicole Mitchell is a passionate mental health advocate and the Executive Director of the Success in Life Center, an organization she founded in 2020 with a mission to empower individuals living with mental illness to achieve holistic wellness and purpose.
Under her leadership, the Success in Life Center continues to expand its impact by offering supportive services and housing designed to improve the quality of life for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Dr. Mitchell is committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed in life.

​Gregory Mitchell is a dedicated husband, father, and lifelong resident of Louisiana, originally from Abbeville and now a resident of Zachary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Southern University and brings 27 years of experience in sales, where he has built strong relationships and a reputation for integrity and service. With deep roots in his community, Gregory is passionate about improving lives and promoting well-being

Gilda Conrad is a devoted wife, loving mother, and passionate advocate for mental health and community empowerment. In 2012, she founded Favor House, a transitional housing program dedicated to supporting individuals living with mental illness as they work toward stability, independence, and healing

Arika Scott is an experienced educator, passionate coach, and dedicated community advocate. She currently serves as the Treasurer for Success in Life Center, where she supports initiatives that strengthen families and promote well-being.

Jomeisha Robertson is the founder of Relentless Financial Services, a company dedicated to empowering individuals and families through financial education, credit awareness, and tax management. Her mission is to help people make informed, confident financial decisions that support long-term stability and growth.
Alicia Barfield
Alicia Barfield is a visionary leader, compassionate advocate, and dedicated community servant. She is the founder of House of Achievements, a transitional housing program designed to support men facing mental illness and homelessness. Through this life-changing initiative, Alicia provides a stable environment where individuals can heal, grow, and reclaim their futures. Her mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and a second chance.
